Kabul Educational Advising Center (KEAC) is part of the Social and Educational Services Organization (SESO), an independent, non-profit organization that aims to empower Afghan society by offering educational and social services to Afghan students, graduates, youths and professionals.
KEAC is an EducationUSA center and an authorized ETS testing center. KEAC services include Educational Advising, Career Advising, TOEFL iBT, GRE and SAT Test, Library and Research Services, TOEFL iBT preparation classes and English language training.
KEAC promotes U.S. Government-sponsored educational and exchange programs such as Fulbright Program, Afghan Junior Faculty Development Program, Study of the United States Institute (SUSI), U.S. Embassy Scholarship Program at American University of Central Asia (AUCA) and American University of Afghanistan (AUAF). KEAC also provides application assistance to individuals interested in applying for the educational and exchange programs in the U.S.
