The EducationUSA Southeast Asia Fair Tour 2020 will visit 19 cities across 10 countries in Southeast Asia during the months of February and March - our largest fair tour yet! The dates of the fair tour will run from February 11, 2020 through March 21, 2020. The fair stops and pricing structure per city are as follows:

February 21 – Mandalay, Myanmar ($300 USD)
February 23 – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ($1,000 USD)
February 25 – Penang, Malaysia ($500 USD)

March 2 – Siem Reap, Cambodia ($500 USD)

** Philippines - Premium pricing (for U.S. higher education representatives that will attend both locations in Manila & Cebu) = $1,050 for both fairs
** Vietnam – Premium pricing (for U.S. higher education representatives that will attend multiple fair locations in Vietnam) = One city: $950 / Two cities: $1,800 / Three cities: $2,550
Fair locations that are listed as “Free - No-Fee” do not require payment for that fair stop. In order to register for a “No-Fee” fair location(s), an institution must also register for at least one fee-paying location.
Registration Deadline: The deadline to register for all fair locations is set for January 15th, 2020. Late registration may be accepted on a case-by-case basis decided by each country team. A late registration fee may apply.
Payment Policy / Payment Deadline: Please settle all payments due by January 31, 2020. Refund of 50% of total registration price (minus the cost of wire transfer fees and/or processing fees) on or before January 31, 2020. No refunds after January 31, 2020.
Registration Platform & Payment Processing: Please note that American Councils for International Education is managing the registration and payment processing for all fair locations (except Thailand) on behalf of EducationUSA. AUA Language Center is managing registration and payment processing for the fair hosted in Bangkok, Thailand ONLY on behalf of EducationUSA. Separate invoicing will apply for fair selections made on each registration platform.
Fair Location Capacity: Registration capacity is different for each city - locations will move to a wait-list once capacity is reached. Priority will be given to direct-hire, full-time official representatives of accredited U.S. higher education institutions pending space available and in the order received. While registration is on-going, authorized agent proxies, authorized alumni representatives, and official testing organizations may be instructed to wait until space limitations are confirmed.
** EducationUSA fairs generally follow NACAC guidelines. Additional terms and conditions apply. The main components of the EducationUSA fair(s) include an exhibition space with individual space allocation for each exhibitor and space for prospective students to safely move and meet with official representatives. No more than two representatives may be permitted per exhibitor space. A fee may apply for the second registered representative. Individuals must remain behind their designated spaces and/or tables for the duration of the fair. Representatives are not permitted to stand outside of their designated space; this policy also applies to any promotional materials and/or banners.
