Soft Skills for Successful Career of the Future

Many people still believe that career success depends solely on experience and skill levels, as well as on how well you understand your direct work as an engineer, programmer, or marketer. Is that so? Future employees will need additional knowledge and skills that they cannot replicate or assign to a job or computer program. Those skills are called soft skills.
