EducationUSA Pavilion at EAIE 2020
EducationUSA will host the U.S. Pavilion at the European Association for International Education (EAIE) Conference.
Please join us in Barcelona, Spain from September 15-18, 2020!
EducationUSA has reserved 21 square meters in 2020 at the EAIE Conference. EAIE is the largest event of its type anywhere in Europe with around 6,000 higher education professionals from over 95 countries attending each year.
Accredited U.S. colleges, universities, and study consortia are invited to join the U.S. Pavilion to:
- select a cost-effective way to showcase their institutions and programs,
- establish institutional and professional linkages, and
- actively promote U.S. study to a European audience
Professional EducationUSA staff will be present at the Pavilion at all times to assist you in promoting educational opportunities in the U.S. and to facilitate meetings.
Please note that the pavilion participation fee does not include the conference registration fee. By joining the pavilion, you can save on costs associated with an independent exhibit booth and booth furniture. Space is limited.
Institutions may request to register either as full-time or part-time participants. The first two participants that register as full-time pavilion participants may register for the conference at EAIE's at reduced exhibitor rate of € 515 per person (one discounted rate per institution/study consortium.) Please contact Eleonora Kolomiets (email@example.com) for more details before registering for the conference.
In previous years, U.S. colleges and universities have developed a significant number of new partnerships, and have improved the visibility of their institutions as a direct result of their participation in the U.S. Pavilion.
Register for the EducationUSA Pavilion by June 15, 2020
Please note that spaces may fill up sooner. In order to include your institution's name and logo in the U.S. Pavilion design, we will need to receive it from you no later than June 15th. Please email your vector logo to firstname.lastname@example.org
U.S. higher education institutions registering by June 15th will be featured as a sub-exhibitor in the official conference print publication.
