Rowan University offers scholarship for the English Language Program (ELP) at Rowan University. Rowan University is a public research university in Glassboro, New Jersey, USA (20 minutes from Philadelphia). The ELP is a university intensive academic English program for international students, and our primary goal is to help students improve their English language skills.
