Cultural scholarships - in-state tuition

International students at Minnesota State University Moorhead enjoy the same tuition rates as Minnesota residents. This in-state cultural scholarship is automatically granted for the first year of study and is renewable for subsequent years. Students must complete 10 hours of community service and maintain a 2.5 GPA to remain eligible to receive the scholarship.
