“Window on America Center for Future Leaders” in the National Library of
Ukraine for Children provides up-to-date information on the United States. The
mission of our center as a part of 29 centers’ network is to promote mutual
understanding between the United States and Ukraine. The Center accomplishes this
by providing information about U.S. history, government, society, and values to
Ukrainian audiences; providing access to Internet resources, and serving as focal
points for U.S. assistance and exchange programs. The center offers a variety of
TOEFL, GMAT, GRE, SAT, etc. test preparation materials.
