IBEU-CE is a binational center founded in 1943. It is a cultural and language center for the promotion of American and Brazilian cultures and the teaching of the English language. Our job is to help people learn and get acquainted with the language, values, culture, and educational system of the U.S.A and, at the same time help promote our local regional and local culture. The educational advising center has been providing information and assistance to students interested in studying in the U.S.A. since 1953.
