James J. and M. Joan Stukel Scholarship

James J. and M. Joan Stukel Scholarship is a financial need-based scholarship established for incoming first-year students. It is awarded to outstanding scholars with significant financial need. It may be renewed for three additional years. Award amount: $2,000/year for up to four years Prerequisites: •Incoming LAS freshman •ACT composite score of 30 or higher •Top 15% high school class rank •Financial need •Must maintain full-time enrollment in LAS, 2.75 GPA after freshman year, 3.00 GPA after sophomore and junior year, and good academic standing to remain eligible and qualify for renewal Admitted incoming freshmen are considered for this financial need-based scholarship based on their application for first-year admission. A separate scholarship application does not exist.
