EducationUSA Moldova is a part of the EducationUSA network of more than 450 advising centers worldwide. Administered by American Councils for International Education and based at America House in Chisinau, the EducationUSA adviser has the responsibility to provide accurate, comprehensive, and current information on the application process to U.S. colleges and universities as well as to respond to any inquiries from prospective students. Offering a wide range of in-person and virtual services to students and their families based on 'Your 5 Steps to U.S. Study', the following topics and more are tackled:
- The admissions process and standardized testing requirements
- How to finance a U.S. education
- The student visa process
- Preparing for departure to the United States
EducationUSA advisers support the international student recruitment and internationalization efforts of all accredited U.S. higher education institutions by organizing school visits and college fairs, sharing information about U.S. educational systems and scholarship programs, and connecting U.S. and foreign educational instituations.
Interested and prospective students can benefit from regular advisory sessions and meetings and renting appropriate resources for standardised tests, etc.
