Services include access for U.S. higher education professionals to the EducationUSA network of advisers and Regional Educational Advising Coordinators (REACs), as well as connecting with Washington D.C. and embassy representatives, participating in webinars as presenters, receiving the Higher Education Institution (HEI) News, structured visits to EducationUSA centers, regional fairs and events, inclusion in our website listing of financial aid opportunities, and social media platforms to engage potential international students.
EducationUSA advising centers offer a variety of tailored services to assist both international students and the U.S. higher education community. For international students, advising centers host group advising sessions, virtual advising, individual appointments, pre-departure orientations, and information about the U.S. higher education system. The U.S. higher education community can look to the EducationUSA network for advice about developing regional and country-specific recruitment strategies, creating programs and products to connect with students, and obtaining information about application and admission issues. EducationUSA advisers also use their expertise to help U.S. institutions develop relationships with local universities and schools for institutional partnerships.
