EducationUSA Advising Center in Penang is under the Malaysian-American Commission on Educational Exchange (MACEE). They are located in the Penang public library in Georgetown. The center is open to the public on an appoinment basis for advising. The U.S. Study resource library in the center is available to the public during the libraries' normal business hours.
