The EducationUSA advising center in Croatia is hosted at the Institute for the Development of Education, a local NGO that implements many programs related to international education in addition to hosting the EducationUSA advising center. The center offers a full range of services to students from Croatia, hosts its own scholarship web page, organizes two fairs per year (one in the fall and is a stop on the EducationUSA Southeastern Europe Tour each spring) and conducts cohort advising programs. Croatia also boasts talented athletes who are often recruited by U.S. higher education institutions. The EducationUSA center in Croatia is staffed by very skilled advisers who look forward to working with students and U.S. higher education colleagues.
Institut za razvoj obrazovanja (IRO) je neprofitna nevladina organizacija predana razvoju, zagovaranju i provedbi javnih politika visokog obrazovanja u Hrvatskoj. Od 1999. godine IRO je ovlašteni EducationUSA centar te pruža točne, nepristrane i ažurne informacije o mogućnostima studiranja u SAD-u. IRO je također i ovlašteni centar za polaganje TOEFL iBT, GMAT i ACT testova za Hrvatsku.
