The third webinar in this series – "From a U.S. Degree to a Successful Woman Entrepreneur" – will be led by Dr. Pradnya Parasher, a business leader alumna of the University of South Florida (USF) and successful entrepreneur. Dr. Parasher will speak about her higher education experience at USF, entrepreneurial career journey, pointers for students looking to go the start-up way and become entrepreneurs, and general guidance on education and career success.

Speaker:
Dr. Pradnya Parasher is the founder and CEO of ThreeFish Consulting, a boutique consulting firm that focuses on leadership development, talent assessment, and organization development. Pradnya completed her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida in 1996. She has worked in the U.S. and India in corporate and consulting settings. She has 25+ years of experience in Strategic Human Resource Management, Executive Assessment, and Coaching. She has coached leaders and facilitated development programs across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
The event includes a question-and-answer session, during which the speaker will respond to participants' queries.
