EducationUSA Advising Center in Almaty opened in October, 2010. Based at American Councils for International Education we offer a variety of face-to-face and virtual advising services to students and educators interested in learning about U.S. higher education. All services are free and include: regularly scheduled introductory presentations on 5 Steps to U.S. study; group and one-on-one consultations; test preparation reference books; regular scholarship and financial aid opportunity updates; pre-departure orientation and intensive preparation summer workshops.
