The Organization of American States' (OAS) Rowe Fund program offers interest-free loans of up to US$15,000, as well as supplementary scholarships of up to US$2,000 for Latin American and Caribbeans studying at U.S. universities. These funds are designed to help cover the expenses associated with tuition and living costs. To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must also be in the process of applying for an interest-free loan. The program supports students in the last two years of their undergraduate or graduate studies, and is available to students from 32 eligible countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
