Loyola University Chicago’s Rule of Law for Development program (PROLAW) will prepare you for jobs in the U.S. and abroad in the growing rule of law and development field, connecting you to an engaged network of rule of law practitioner faculty and graduates from 60+ countries. This unique hybrid program can be completed over one or two academic years, and is composed of innovative online study using state-of-the-art technology combined with one term at Loyola’s Rome Center campus in Italy. PROLAW offers several tuition awards for exceptionally qualified students of any nationality, who demonstrate outstanding academic or professional merit, and financial need. Loyola’s Rule of Law Scholarships are available to admitted students of Loyola University Chicago’s Master of Laws (LLM) or Master of Jurisprudence (MJ) in Rule of Law for Development.
