EducationUSA Advising Center - Maseru

The EducationUSA Advising Center is located at the American Corner in Maseru, Lesotho. The services offered include cohort advising sessions and one-on-one sessions for prospective Basotho undergraduate and graduate students who wish to pursue higher education in the USA. 

The Center also provides General Information Sessions for students, teachers, and parents, along with a wealth of comprehensive resources to assist prospective students in the research and application process for U.S. study. EducationUSA Lesotho maintains an up-to-date collection of standardized testing books and online materials, offers career guidance services, and provides information on Majors and Minors available at higher education institutions in the U.S.

Prospective undergraduate and graduate students have access to unlimited Wi-Fi, and cohort members also receive airtime vouchers to facilitate internet access while working on applications from home.

Furthermore, EducationUSA Lesotho offers monthly virtual advising services to secondary schools located in districts outside of Maseru, targeting Grade 10 and Grade 11 students. Teachers and Principals can submit email requests to enroll their schools in virtual advising sessions.
