IEW 2022: Virtual Dramatic Reading Contest - Submissions Open

Enter our Virtual Dramatic Reading Contest 2022 for a chance to win some cool prizes! The contest is an opportunity for students to showcase their creativity through their writing and/or performance skills in poetry or prose form. Contestants in the past have adapted verses as diverse as Justin Bieber’s hit pop song, ‘Baby’, excerpts from Manto’s famed essays, and made statements on war and peace through the work of Sahir Ludhianvi. Original pieces have included a tale of two brothers in medieval times and a personal evolution through a hair journey. The event will invite video recordings of recitals in Urdu and/or English. Please note that the winner's announcement ceremony will be conducted virtually on November 16th from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
