Join us for a session with Mr. Tom Powers, who is currently the Director of the Centre for Development Economics at Williams College. Tom has managed the CDE’s finances, recruiting, admissions, and daily operations since he joined in 1999 as Director. For fifteen years before that, he worked in emerging markets finance in New York and London and in municipal finance while based in San Francisco. Tom will talk about applied master's programs offered in the U.S. and how the structure of these programs is different from the regular master's programs.
