In addition to the strength of the student’s academic record, criteria is based on the specific institution of further study. Graduate students are required to be admitted to or attending universities among the 500 “leading universities” as determined by the Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU) or for Fine or Performing Arts, the Ministry publishes a list of eligible institutions.
