Center for International Education - Tbilisi

The Foundation “Center for International Education” (CIE) is an independent, non-governmental educational organization, established in 2006. The mission of the Center is to support internationalization of Higher Education along with enhancing international student mobility from Georgia to leading universities in USA/Europe. CIE  It is the only comprehensive EducationUSA Student Advising Center in Georgia, acting as an official representative of the “EducationUSA Supported by the U.S Department of State” network.  
CIE has developed into one of the premier student advising centers in Georgia, well-known for its competency in study abroad, recruitment for scholarship programs, outreach capacity to traditional and non-traditional students and advising and consultancy to higher educational institutions in the respective fields. 
 
CIE office is located in Tbilisi  with four regional branches in Telavi, Akhaltsikhe, Kutaisi and Batumi also conveniently hosted at the premises of local state universities. Advising Centers offer up-to-date materials, resources for test preparation, and reference materials about education in USA.
One of the advantages of CIE is that it is authorized testing center for TOEFL iBT (including the only TOEFL testing center in Western Georgia, Batumi), TOEFL Global, GMAT and ACT. CIE has developed into one of the premier student advising centers in Georgia, well-known for its competency in preparing prospective applicants and consulting for study abroad, recruitment for scholarship programs, outreach capacity to traditional and non-traditional students and advising to higher educational institutions in the respective fields.

Competitive College Club (CCC), Online, Cross-regional Program
Description: This fully online cross-regional undergraduate cohort advising program provides competitively selected students with personal support and guidance to help prepare for the challenging U.S. college application process. CCC focuses on building the core skills and support systems students need for college preparation. Participants strengthen their academic writing and listening abilities while learning effective approaches to standardized exams such as the SAT, TOEFL, and beyond. They receive personalized one-on-one guidance from U.S. experts and advisers, ensuring targeted support throughout their preparation. The program also creates opportunities to connect, collaborate, and network with like-minded peers across the region, fostering a strong sense of community and cross-regional collaboration. At the same time, participants develop independent study habits and research skills that are essential for success in the U.S. college.
Deadline: New admission Cycle starts in January annually.
